These decorations were good but the poms came as flat paper with instructions on how to make them. I’m not crafty and it took me a long time to make them with less than satisfactory results. The banners and letters were fine. The swirls were ok.

Very easy to put up. NOTE- DO NOT REMOBE STRINGS FROM POMPOMS. It took me a sec to figure out how to fluff them and took string off and ruined a couple. Great little set up though. Perfect price and no annoying balloons.
