They’re cute and fun, but the tinsel is not very heavily layered so you can see whatever is behind it very well. We had to cover the background with black paper in order for these to look good, but they are a nice and relatively easy decorative piece.

The value of this backdrop curtain is there, because you’re getting 3 of them, but just be ready because they’re thin and you’ll likely end up stacking them on top of each other for a more solid backdrop. The color was nice and vibrant and the iridescent effect was really pretty in person. We made sure to hang these so that they weren’t touching the ground, and after using them for a few nights we still had bits of the background that were falling off. We also had to reinforce the adhesive attachment by pinning them to the wall, BUT we were hanging these on old wallpaper (so it’s more than likely the wallpapers fault they didn’t stick rather than the adhesive strip). Despite this seeming like a negative review, I’d likely purchase these again because no matter where you buy this type of backdrop… they’re always kind of cheap and won’t last… so I got exactly what I knew I’d be getting!

Tears apart and get tangled very easily. Adhesive did not last long. I set the tinsel up the night before and by morning half of it had fallen down and ripped upon falling. The tinsel got stuck to the adhesive and it was a nightmare trying to untangle. I had to throw it away.
